The promoter is Leevale Leisure Ltd., trading as Barcadia, whose premises is at The Mardyke Entertainment Complex, Sheares Street, Cork City.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
– Competition is open to Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of employees of The Mardyke Entertainment Complex and their immediate families, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.
– Prize must be collected withing 4 weeks of draw.
– Closing date is midnight 28th February 2019, meaning all Resdiary bookings must be fulfilled by that date. All customer contact details must be valid.
– The winner will be announced in the post published to promote the competition. Entries/bookings submitted after this final closing date will not be included.
– Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
– Prize will be described on the post published to promote the competition and is non-transferable. There is no cash or other prize alternative.
– Winner will be contacted to arrange collection of the prize. There is no delivery available.
– Barcadia and the Mardyke Entertainment Complex are not liable for any loss, damage or injury that might occur to the winner resulting from his or her acceptance of the promotion or prize.
