Terms and Conditions of Entry
In order to ensure the health and safety of all of our patrons and staff, as well as our compliance with Irish law, there are terms and conditions that apply to every patron that enters the premises or makes a group reservation.
Door Policy
Persons under 18 years old are not permitted on the premises after 6:00pm. Please note that this also applies to birthday parties where younger siblings under the age of 18 will not be allowed in even with their parents.
Persons under 18 years old are permitted on the premises during the day but must be accompanied by a legal Guardian at all times and must be off the premises by 6.00pm.
Valid Official Identification, i.e. official Garda ID or passport, is required for anyone 25 years of age or under. In some circumstances 2 forms of official ID may be requested.
Management reserve the right to refuse admission and do not accept responsibility if a member of your group is refused admission.
We have a smart casual dress code in operation.
We operate an over 21’s door policy on Friday and Saturday nights unless you are part of a booking. Please ensure that those under the age of 21 bring ID to avoid disappointment on the night.
Deposit and Final Confirmation
A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings and must be made within three days of this booking confirmation. Failure to do so will result in the booking being removed from our booking system. Payments can be made by credit or debit card, cheque or cash. All bookings must be paid in full no later than 10 working days in advance of the booking. Failure to do so will result in the booking being cancelled or reduced to the secured deposit amount. Final changes to your booking can be made at this point. This includes final numbers, space allocations and food, drink and activity requirements.
Cancellation and Reduced Numbers
Cancellation of a booking that is made at least 10 working days in advance of the date of the booking will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellation of a booking within the 10 working days will result in no refund but you have the opportunity to transfer the booking to a future date within the following three weeks should we have availability. In the event that you need to reduce the numbers attending your booking the following charges will apply; within 10 to 7 working days in advance of booking date: 50% charge within 7 working days or less in advance of booking date: 100% charge If there are dramatic changes to the booking then we reserve the right to re-allocate you to another reserved area or alter the timings of your event.
Arrival
All customers are advised to be present at 15 minutes before their allocated playing times. NO SHOWS Lanes & Tables will be held for 10 minutes after the due start time and the duration of their activity may be affected. Should no one check in to reception we reserve the right to release those lanes and tables.
Drinks Vouchers and Bar Tabs
Drinks vouchers can be purchased up to 1 day before booking. Any unused drinks vouchers purchased must be returned on the night to receive a refund.
Bar Tabs are available on the night and require a credit card to be held at reception as security.
Covid
We require all customers to respect social distancing rules and to wear masks when not situated at their designated table or activity.
Government restrictions relating to Indoor Dining and Indoor Leisure apply.
