Brisket Burnt Ends

Cooked low n' slow for 14 hours and finished with our signature Holy Smoke BBQ sauce.



Wet-Rubbed Baby Back Ribs

West Cork pork ribs, marinaded overnight and smoked for 4 hours over oak.



Pit-smoked BBQ Chicken

Free-range Irish chicken, marinaded over night and smoked for 4 hours over oak. We then finish it over our flame-grill.



Pulled Pork

Our famous pulled pork is cooked low n' slow for 14 hours over oak. It is then finished with our incredible Holy Smoke BBQ sauce.



Grilled Halloumi Burger (v)

Char-grilled halloumi cheese with grilled onions and peppers, iceberg lettuce and sriracha mayo.



Moroccan Cauliflower Burger served with Superfood Salad (Ve)

Moroccan spiced cauliflower burger, marinated, grilled and layered with chickpea and tofu hummus. Finished with char-grilled peppers, onions and fresh herb salad.

Corn wheels, BBQ beans, cornbread, slaw and fries.



Desserts

Chocolate, Banana and Caramel Brownie

Served with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce. Contains nuts.


Raspberry and White Chocolate Cheesecake

Served with wild berries.


Snickers Cake

Served with vanilla ice cream. Contains nuts.



FOOD IDENTIFICATION & ALLERGENS:

Sometimes bones find their way into certain dishes on the menu, so please forgive us if one sneaks into your meal. Due to the nature of our busy kitchens, unfortunately we cannot guarantee the total absence of any allergens or ingredients.

We use coriander in some of our recipes. If you can’t stand the stuff, just let your server know and we will remove it for you.

Bills cannot be split for groups of 5 or more.


PIT SMOKED BBQ
Our Pitmasters skilfully bring you Pit Smoked BBQ which is all about the craft of cooking “Low n' Slow” over fire & smoke for periods of between 3 & 16 hours. Dry rubbing is the process used to coat the outside of the meat with our very own house blend of herbs & spices. Carefully selected cuts of dry-rubbed meats are smoked daily in our Cookshack smoker & periodically basted using a handmade herb brush. The Pitmasters only select blends of Wood & Charcoal from sustainable forest that are free from nasty chemicals. Our meats & vegetables are char-grilled on our custom built bbq grill to give that final layer of flavour to complete the pit smoked bbq process.

Holy Smoke is committed to the sustainable sourcing of the produce that we use. Where possible all our ingredient & suppliers are carefully selected from hand-picked Irish suppliers. We do everything we can to ensure the highest levels of food provenance from field to fork.

Because it is righteous to share we recommend you choose a selection of meat trays, sides and extras. We will serve you family style with individual plates for all to share.
